Kim is a Lincoln County native who grew up always connected to the beauty of the country, spending quality time outdoors with her family; camping, swimming, and floating along the tranquil rivers of Southern Missouri.

Kim began her career in real estate in 1997, and, partnering with her husband, Bob, they laid the foundation for the thriving real estate company, Racks and Tracts in 2013, building it from the ground up. Understanding and acting on the ever-evolving needs of their clients and community, they transitioned to Agri Land Co. in 2023. This time-stamped experience has given Kim a deep understanding of not just the intricacies of real estate transactions, but also the legal framework and regulations governing them.
