Bob Nichols

A lifelong resident of Lincoln County, Bob has had a passion for the outdoors since he was a young boy. Spending countless hours on his grandparents farm, he developed and nurtured his love of the land, hunting and fishing with his father, riding 4-wheelers, and running livestock.

After spending nearly 10 years as an industrial electrician, Bob found his way into the real estate world in early 2002. Falling naturally into a specialty with investment farms and hunting land, his first-love quickly became a booming career choice. Bob, and wife Kim, established Racks and Tracts in 2013 and transitioned to Agri Land Co. in 2023 to further meet the evolving needs of their customers.
